Meet Julie

Julie Catherine Wellness was born from a deeply personal journey—one marked by healing, growth, and the discovery of authentic self-worth and the transformative power of self-love. Over time, I came to a quiet but profound realization: I was called to offer others the kind of care I once longed for myself.

Through life-altering experiences and a deep belief in the human capacity to heal, I’ve cultivated a grounded sense of empathy and an intuitive understanding of what it means to carry so much—and to finally set it down. This allows me to meet each woman with genuine presence, compassion, and care.

My work is rooted in both training and lived experience. I am formally trained in Lifestyle & Wellness Coaching through Harvard Medical School and certified in Reiki I and II. I thoughtfully blend evidence-informed practices with intuitive, restorative care to create experiences that are both elevated and deeply personal.

Julie Catherine Wellness is not simply a brand—it is an extension of my heart, my story, and my belief that healing is not about fixing or striving, but about slowing down, being present, and returning to the wisdom within.

Through intimate retreats and curated experiences, I create spaces where women can truly exhale—where they are supported, cared for, and gently guided back to themselves.
